RAD48 -2023

The Radford Men's Golf team, led by Head Coach Mike Grant, has a rich tradition at Radford University. After a heartbreaking loss in a tiebreaker during the 2022 Big South tournament, the team is eager to tee-off on the 2023 campaign and compete for another chance at a Big South Tournament Championship

Help us update our indoor facility, as well as technology, to enhance the athletic experience and help prepare our students to become the best athletes they can.

The funds donated during our RAD48 initiative will help offset the costs of practicing at local courses. Additionally, updating the Trackman technology will allow our athletes to adequately evaluate and improve their performance. Other enhancements help us keep our facilities updated and competitive. Up-to-date facilities can also be a powerful recruiting tool when looking for future Highlanders.

RECENT ACCOLADES

• Now in his nineteenth year as the head coach of the Radford Men’s Golf team, Mike Grant has brought incredible success and stability to the program.
• Grant was named Big South Coach of the Year in 2022, the third time he’s garnered this award in his career.
• The Highlanders finished second at the 2021 Big South Championships and tied for fourth at the 2022 Big South Championships.
• Bryce Corbett, Tyler Hull, Ryan Neil and Nicholas Taliaferro were named 2021-22 Golf Coaches Association of America All-American Scholars.
• As a team, Radford was named a GCAA Outstanding Team Academic Award honoree.
