The Radford Women's Soccer team, led by Head Coach Ben Sohrabi, has a rich tradition at Radford University. This past fall, the team won their eighth Big South Tournament Championship and returned to the NCAA Women's Soccer Tournament for the ninth time in program history.
Your donations allow us to offset expenses for gear, enhance our athletes' travel experiences - including transportation and accommodations - as well as update our facilities.
High-performance gear is important to our program because it allows our athletes to represent Radford near and far while performing at the highest levels. Facilities enhancements, including locker room improvements, help us stay up-to-date and competitive. Optimized facilities can also be a powerful recruiting tool. RECENT ACCOLADES
- Radford Women's Soccer became the 2022 Big South Tournament Champions with a decisive 3-0 win over Gardner-Webb.
- The team advanced to the NCAA Tournament and faced Duke in the first round.
- Three Highlanders were named to the Big South's first team all-conference award list in 2022.
- In 2021, Kayla Thomas took home a third straight Defensive Player of the Year award, and Kat Parris was awarded Freshman of the Year.
