The Radford Baseball team, led by Head Coach Alex Guerra '11, has a rich tradition at Radford University. The team is eager to return to the Big South Championship and compete in post-season play.

Your donations allow us to offset expenses for gear and enhance our athletes’ travel experiences, including transportation and accommodations. High-performance gear is also important to our program because it allows our athletes to represent Radford near and far and enables them to perform at the highest levels. Updated technology allows us to help our athletes adequately evaluate and improve their performance and prepare for in-game situations. RECENT ACCOLADES
- Alex Guerra '11 was hired as head coach in June 2022. Guerra, a graduate of Radford, has brought new energy and life into the program.
- OF Cameron Pittman was one of the top freshmen in the Big South last year, batting .301 with 20 RBI, 30 walks and 11 stolen bases. He was named to the league's All-Freshman team.
- Since 2010, Radford has the second-most conference wins among active Big South members (170).
- Radford has 13 active alumni playing major or minor league baseball.

Baseball alumnus Denny Van Pelt '94 steps to the plate again, only now, he wants you to be on deck! For every batter that comes to the plate (each unique donor to baseball) DVP will donate an additional $2 from the beginning of RAD48 until it ends tomorrow at noon! (100 donors = $200 additional donation)!
