The Radford Men's Basketball team, led by Head Coach Darris Nichols, has a rich tradition at Radford University. After a promising end to last season, and a tough schedule to start this season, the team is eager to return to the Big South Championship Tournament and compete in post-season play.

Your donations allow us to offset expenses for gear and enhance our athletes’ travel experiences, including transportation and accommodations. High-performance gear is also important to our program because it allows our athletes to represent Radford near and far and enables them to perform at the highest levels. Resources from our fund also help our coaches recruit the most talented athletes who exemplify Radford Athletics' core values.
RECENT ACCOLADES
- Radford, Virginia natives and Radford High School Hall of Famers Darris and Shane Nichols returned to lead the Radford University Men’s Basketball program.
- The Highlanders showed tons of promise in Nichols’ first season, making it to the first round of the Big South Tournament.
- A strong home court advantage has been created inside the Dedmon Center, where the Highlanders are 13-5 over the last two seasons.
- Radford has brought in some of the most talented players in program history, adapting well to the modern landscape of college basketball.
