College of Visual and Performing Arts
CVPA - Artis Center Excellence Fund

The arts at Radford University are a vibrant and essential part of our campus and surrounding community. From gallery openings and musical ensembles to one-act plays and fashion shows, the arts allow our students to constantly showcase their creative talents. Providing them the space and resources to gain hands-on experience, work collaboratively and bring their talents to life is why we are ecstatic to have opened the doors to the new Artis Center for Adaptive Innovation and Creativity earlier this fall!

This state-of-the-art complex offers a unique blend of teaching, performance and learning spaces tailored to meet the dynamic and evolving needs of numerous academic programs. It is designed to fuse arts, health sciences and technology in cutting edge teaching environments.

As the new home for the College of Visual and Performing Arts, The Artis Center offers top-notch facilities for practice, performance and peer review, setting the stage for our students' careers and future artistic endeavors. However, the bright future of this great facility is the direct result of the cutting-edge technology, industry-leading equipment and awe-inspiring spaces it contains.

With optimistic foresight and in an effort to elevate this facility to its fullest potential, we have created the Artis Center Excellence Fund. This fund will help us fulfill the mission of interdisciplinary collaboration and maintain the building’s state-of-the art equipment and spaces. We need your help to bring this fund to life!

Your contribution will help us realize the vision of the Artis Center as the hub of creativity and teamwork, providing an environment where students and faculty from various fields can exchange ideas, innovate and create.
