The goal of the center for Career and Talent Development at Radford University is to help students discover their unique talents and skills, experience personal and professional growth, and ultimately thrive. We do this by offering a wide range of engaging tools to help students navigate their career journeys. Chief among these are our various networking events. As part of our effort to help our students be fully prepared for their careers post-college, we believe helping them get involved early in their professions by networking can have a lasting positive impact. That is why we endeavor to annually offer career development programs like workshops, fairs and other events on campus to connect our students to our successful alumni and other potential employers.
