Women's Basketball
The Radford Women's Basketball team, led by Head Coach Mike McGuire, has a rich tradition at Radford University. After an abrupt cancellation to the 2020 season as the team prepared to host the Championship Tournament, the team is eager to kick-off 2021 and return to the Big South Championship and compete in post-season play.
RECENT ACCOLADES
- In the preseason poll the Highlanders have been ranked in the top-5 a total of 28 times and on a current five year streak
- Picked to finish second in the conference
- Jayda Worthy ('18) returned to Radford, as an assistant coach
