The Radford Women's Soccer team, led by Head Coach Ben Sohrabi, has a rich tradition at Radford University. After the postponement of the 2021 season due to the pandemic, the team is eager to kick-off 2021 and compete in the Big South Tournament Championship and return to the NCAA Women's Soccer Championship for the fifth time in program history.

- First time in program history Radford has had both Preseason Players of the Year
