RECENT ACCOLADES
- The Highlanders took another step forward under second-year head coach Grace Reed as Radford made its way back to the Big South Tournament.
- The women’s tennis program earned a pair of postseason awards as freshman Michaela Stephens was named to second-team all-conference singles and Emily Brandow was named to the all-academic team.
- Freshman newcomer Michaela Stephens led the Highlanders with her five victories on flight two singles and one victory on flight one singles. The newcomer was also named the conference’s Freshman of the Week twice along with Julia Abrams who also earned multiple Player of the Week nods with her victories over multiple power opponents such as Virginia Tech and West Virginia.
- The Highlanders excelled in the classroom moving their program cumulative GPA to 3.76 which is second highest among all Radford programs.
