Your support of the volleyball program allows us to offset expenses for gear and enhance our athletes' travel experiences, including transportation and accommodations. High-performance gear is important to our program because it allows our athletes to represent Radford near and far and enables them to perform at the highest levels. Your gift also helps our coaches recruit and support talented athletes.
RECENT ACCOLADES
- The Radford volleyball program picked up key wins over the course of the 2023 season over Iona, UNC Asheville, USC Upstate, Presbyterian and Charleston Southern.
- Olivia Flanagan led Radford with 140 kills over 19 matches played but she was closely followed by Sophie Paspal who collected 136 kills over 17 matches played.
- Julia Slivka led the team in assists with 382 over the courts of the season while also earning a team-best 19 service aces.
- Over the summer, the team earned recognition for their academic achievements earning the AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll Award which is given to the top 20% academically performing programs in Division I volleyball.
